Drawing from techniques and frameworks such as Narrative Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindful Self-Compassion, and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), including CBT-Insomnia, I provide support through a strengths-based lens.
